InvoiceBhai Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN: U62099UP2026PTC245290), having its registered office at 1 Shivaji Marg, Hewett Road, Lucknow - 226018, Uttar Pradesh, India, operates InvoiceBhai – a WhatsApp-based GST invoicing platform. InvoiceBhai is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, products, or materials shipped or delivered to users at any point.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how and when the Service is delivered to you upon subscription or use.

2. How the Service Is Delivered

The InvoiceBhai Service is delivered entirely through digital channels:

3. Delivery Timelines

Since InvoiceBhai is a digital service, delivery is near-instantaneous. The following timelines apply:

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on internet connectivity, WhatsApp server availability, and payment gateway processing times. These factors are beyond the Company's control.

4. Service Availability

InvoiceBhai aims to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance via WhatsApp or email).
  • Unscheduled downtime caused by technical issues, server failures, or third-party service disruptions (WhatsApp, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure).
  • Force majeure events as described in our Terms of Service.

We strive to minimise downtime and will notify users of any significant service disruptions as soon as practicable.

5. No Physical Shipping

To be absolutely clear:

  • No physical goods are sold or shipped. InvoiceBhai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
  • No courier or postal delivery is involved. All deliverables (invoices, receipts, notifications) are transmitted digitally.
  • No shipping charges apply. There are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees associated with the Service.
  • No delivery address is required. The Service is delivered to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In the unlikely event that an invoice or service deliverable is not received:

  • Check WhatsApp: Ensure your WhatsApp is active and connected to the internet. Check if the message was received but missed in notifications.
  • Check Spam/Filters: If delivery was via email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact us at help@invoicebhai.com or call +91 63877 68346. Our support team will resend the deliverable or investigate the issue.

If a service deliverable cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Company (e.g., system error), we will re-deliver at no additional charge. If the issue persists for more than 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Geographic Coverage

InvoiceBhai is available to users across India. The Service is designed for Indian businesses and generates invoices compliant with Indian GST laws. Since the Service is fully digital, there are no geographic restrictions on delivery within India, provided you have an active WhatsApp connection.

The Service is currently not intended for use outside India, as the invoicing format and tax calculations are specific to the Indian GST regime.

8. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email and will be effective from the date of publication.
