User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the user ("User", "you") and Stratonix Systems LLP, having its principal place of business at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using InvoiceBhai, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. SERVICE USAGE

InvoiceBhai provides an automated invoicing and business utility service delivered via chatbot and web-based interfaces.

You agree to use the service:

  • Only for lawful purposes
  • Only with accurate and authorized information
  • In compliance with applicable laws

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All invoice data is entered by you
  • You are solely responsible for invoice accuracy and legality
  • InvoiceBhai does not verify tax or legal compliance
  • Generated invoices are used entirely at your own risk

3. DATA & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

You consent to:

  • Receiving automated messages via WhatsApp
  • Processing of your messages, voice notes, and images
  • Storage and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy

You may withdraw consent by discontinuing use or requesting account deletion.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Paid features are subject to subscription plans and billing terms.

You agree that:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic charges
  • Feature limits apply based on your plan

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Generate fake or fraudulent invoices
  • Use the service for tax evasion or illegal activity
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in InvoiceBhai remain with Stratonix Systems LLP.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Availability may be affected by third-party platforms, including Meta services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Tax penalties
  • Legal disputes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.

9. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of this Agreement
  • For legal or regulatory reasons
  • At its sole discretion

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
